760? That’s so old school! With the arrival of affordable wide-screen LCD monitors, 960 is the new 760. Pixels that is. 1024x and higher are the most common computer monitor resolutions these days.
With that in mind, I converted the table-based website for the Cascade Bicycle Club Education Foundation to a CSS layout for greater flexibility. Site maintenance is now faster and easier. The image-based navigation was also converted to CSS-formatted text, improving page load times and facilitating site navigation changes.
Overall, the redisgned content is more reader-friendly. Stay tuned for a new home page…
